What happens if your ride is cancelled?

Canceling a pre-booked ride (minimum 30 min)

If you book a ride 30 minutes or more in advance, and if you cancel this ride at least 30 minutes before the departure time of your ride, you will receive the full fare as a refund. If you cancel this ride later than 30 minutes prior to the departure time of your ride, we will charge a cancellation penalty of €7.50. The fine will be deducted from the fare and we will transfer the remaining amount to you.

Canceling a directly booked ride (up to 30 min in advance)

If you have booked a ride up to 30 minutes before your departure time, and if you cancel this ride no more than 2 minutes after you have received the notification with the arrival time from the driver, you will receive the full fare as a refund. If you cancel this trip more than 2 minutes after you have received the notification with the arrival time from the driver, we will charge a cancellation penalty of €7.50. The fine will be deducted from the fare and we will transfer the remaining amount to you.

Your ride has been canceled by the taxi company

If your ride has been canceled by the taxi company, Cabbit will look into the specific case. We will then assess whether you are entitled to a full refund of your fare, or whether the cancellation penalty applies.
